When Tampa Bay native Marcus Rivera started Signature Services in 2019, he had a pretty simple idea: do great work, treat people well, and leave every property looking better than he found it.
We live here too, so we know what Florida weather can do to a home. The sunshine is great. The humidity, algae, afternoon downpours, and grime that somehow appears overnight? Not quite as charming. Helping Tampa Bay homeowners keep up with it became what Signature Services does best.
Over time, that grew beyond exterior cleaning. Holiday lighting gave us another way to take something off our customers' plates—this time with a little more sparkle and a lot fewer dirty driveways.
Today, we’re proud to serve homes and businesses throughout Tampa Bay with the same approach we started with: show up, care about the details, do the job right, and be the kind of local company people are happy to call again.

Born and raised in Tampa Bay, Marcus spent several years working in property maintenance and exterior cleaning before starting Signature Services in 2019. He built the company around a straightforward idea: show up when you say you will, do work you’re proud to put your name on, and treat every property with respect. Seven years later, he still loves seeing the difference a great cleaning can make—and building relationships with customers who call Signature Services year after year.

Jenna Caldwell
6+ Years of Exterior Cleaning Experience
Jenna joined Signature Services in 2022 and quickly became the person you want looking over the details. With experience across soft washing, roof cleaning, and hard-surface cleaning, she has a knack for understanding what different materials need and choosing the right approach for the job. She’s careful, methodical, and usually the first one to notice the spot everyone else missed.
Holiday Lighting Lead
Derek Sanchez
5+ Years of Holiday Lighting Experience
Derek leads Signature Services’s holiday lighting work, combining hands-on installation experience with a genuinely great eye for design. He joined the team in 2023 and has helped create everything from classic residential rooflines to palm-wrapped landscapes and commercial displays. His favorite projects are the ones where a customer gives him a general idea and lets him figure out how to make the property shine.
